Background:
Our client, a retail giant rapidly expanding in Ireland, is seeking an ambitious and business-oriented HR Business Partner.
As HR Business Partner for Ireland, you will report directly to the Country Manager and have close working relationships with other key business areas, such as the Retail Manager, District Managers & Store Managers.
Overall areas of responsibility:
All areas of Human Resources in the region
Business partnering for Country Management Team on all organisational areas - secure the strongest possible teams and develop them
Assigned HR systems

In general:
Drive performance of teams and individuals
On the road, working with other managers, being visible in the stores and using company tools
Secure Customer First staff
Follow up on pipeline performance
Follow up on training and development plans
Train The Trainer sessions and training of pipeline
Performance Management sessions in own country
Secure HR’s professional secrecy
Employment Law, agreements and regulations
Actions on Key Figures
Super user in assigned HR systems
Company Values & Company Leadership ambassador
