Background:

Our client, a retail giant rapidly expanding in Ireland, is seeking an ambitious and business-oriented HR Business Partner.

As HR Business Partner for Ireland, you will report directly to the Country Manager and have close working relationships with other key business areas, such as the Retail Manager, District Managers & Store Managers.

Overall areas of responsibility:

  • All areas of Human Resources in the region

  • Business partnering for Country Management Team on all organisational areas - secure the strongest possible teams and develop them

  • Assigned HR systems

Areas of responsibility - task related:

  • In general:

    • Drive performance of teams and individuals

    • On the road, working with other managers, being visible in the stores and using company tools

    • Secure Customer First staff

    • Follow up on pipeline performance

    • Follow up on training and development plans

    • Train The Trainer sessions and training of pipeline

    • Performance Management sessions in own country

    • Secure HR’s professional secrecy

    • Employment Law, agreements and regulations

    • Actions on Key Figures 

    • Super user in assigned HR systems

    • Company Values & Company Leadership ambassador

    • Performance management

    • PDP

  • Relevant training

    • Introduction and training programs, talent programs (Senior Management Team, District Management Team, Company Talent Academy) Sales & Service, supplier trainings and training concepts

    • Maintain and secure accuracy

    • M-learning & On the job training

    • TTT – secure trainer quality

    • Feedback

    • Follow up

  • Great Store Management

    • Setting the strongest teams and develop them

    • Internal organisation follow-up

    • Forecast gaps and anticipate on it

    • Recruitment

    • Secure 100% alignment with Company recruitment process

    • Participate in all pipeline recruitments

    • Follow up on Leadership Communication

    • Staff Policies, rules & guidelines

    • Support RM/DM on disciplinary actions

    • Exit process, exit interviews and exit surveys

Remuneration package

  • €40k - €45k base salary + car
