Insurance Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and mentor your team so that they enjoy their work, care for our customers, and are driven to exceed performance and regulatory targets

  • Talk with our customers, understand their insurance needs and find them the best solution

  • Make insurance easy by ensuring transactions are handled in a friendly and efficient way so that customers have a very positive experience

  • Be part of our growth and success by achieving team performance objectives and sales targets

  • Keep learning and building your job knowledge so that you lead from the front and we stand out from our competitors

  • Gather key information and use feedback to make our business better every day

  • Liaise with other departments to identify trends and ensure best experience for your team and our customers

Work Hours & Benefits: 

  • 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with flexibility to extend hours to meet business demands. There will be the option to work from home as appropriate

Insurance Supervisor Qualifications/Skills:

  • Leadership skills

  • Proven ability to actively manage team and individual performances

  • Determination, perseverance, problem solving mindset

  • Experience working in highly regulated industry

  • Achieve sales goals

  • Strong product knowledge and hunger to learn

  • Good attention to detail

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Insurance experience essential

  • Insurance qualification essential

  • Leaving Cert essential

  • Third level qualification an advantage
