Overview
The role is best suited to a candidate who is currently working within a team or currently holds a team lead role. The candidate will have good problem solving skills and a prior technical experience in workflow automation & data manipulation. The candidate will have experience of IT systems and information security and will have previously worked within a compliance environment. Good interpersonal skills are required as the candidate will lead a small team, will engage directly with our customers and will be responsible for technical pre-sales support and tender responses.
Location
Your place of work will be at our client’s office in Dublin 15 and you will be located within the data & design team. From time to time there will be a requirement for you to visit customers to assist with pre-sales support and project management.
Job Description
Working within a small team there will be a daily requirement for the manager to perform the same tasks as individual team members. These tasks may involve setting up templates for data driven communications, building workflows, checking & formatting customer supplied data (*.csv) and creating proofs or data visualisations which will be supplied to the customer prior to production approval.
The role will also involve configuration of applications and data driven workflows within enterprise applications https://www.quadient.com/products/quadient-inspire and https://www.pageflex.com/ and other applications when required. There will be a requirement to develop and execute complex personalised Omni Channel customer communications projects.
The role will involve managing customer facing technology platforms and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the customer’s specifications.
Other aspects of the role will include:
Maintaining weekly and monthly KPI’s
Taking the lead on internal and customer projects
Writing standard operating procedures and other ISO documentation
Writing technical content for tender responses
Create and update policy documents, SOP’s and configuration documentation and ensure compliance to GDPR, ISO27001 and ISO 9001 standards
Automation of tasks with the use of scripting and workflow tools
Participation within new product and services development
Train & mentor and motivate a team, developing their skills and fostering a professional working environment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Attention to detail and diligence
Excellent prioritization, and organizational skills to stay ahead in deadline-oriented environment
Proven advanced problem solving and analytical skills
Previous experience working within a ISO27001 environment
Working knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python, Windows PowerShell)
Familiarity with SQL or database management
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio,)
Previous experience of web hosting and working with HTML, email marketing applications and other hosted applications
Experience working with data visualisation tools, Microsoft BI, Crystal reports Tableau
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in workflow automation, data manipulation or equivalent combination of related experience
Some prior leadership experience, Team leader, manager, supervisor required
Package on offer:
Permanent, full-time position
Salary - c. €60k plus a bonus of up to 10% based on achieving agreed KPIs
